Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Pixel Wave Solutions Limited ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong at 141 Thomson Road, Hong Kong Island. We operate the website https://softbaze.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

We provide a platform where you can purchase product keys for software. After purchase, our customers receive a product key along with a download link directly from the software manufacturer to download and activate the software. Please note that we do not sell the software itself or the license for it. These are provided exclusively by the respective software manufacturer.

4. User Registration

If your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Pixel Wave Solutions Limited and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, which means that you may make a claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regard to these Legal Terms in Hong Kong, or in the EU country in which you reside.

17. Dispute Resolution

If you are a resident of the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Legal Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information.
